How much is shipping?
Orders over $95 - Free Shipping!
Orders less than $95 have a flat shipping rate of $5.95 per order.
These rates apply to items shipped anywhere in the Continental U.S. Please contact us for shipping rates to Alaska and Hawaii.
Is there any sales tax?
There is sales tax for New York State orders only- 8.875% of the purchase price. For tax exempt customers, please enter your tax exempt number in the customer notes box on the shopping cart page, and sales tax will not be charged to your order.
What is your return policy?
Items may be returned within 30 days of receipt.
To qualify for a return, please note the following:
If an item was damaged or the wrong item was accidentally sent,
there is no charge to return the item, and Wheelchair Medical pays all shipping charges.
Product must be unused and the original packaging and materials intact.
To return an item for any other reason, a 15%-25% restocking fee applies to all returns, depending on the specific item. All shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Important:
To return any item, you must first contact us to receive a Return
Authorization Number - also known as an RMA number.
Unfortunately we are unable to accept returns on the following categories of products:
hospital beds, lift chairs, face masks & respirators, incontinence items, nutritional products and
bathroom safety products.
When will my items be shipped?
Orders usually ship within 2-5 days.
Special Order items may take 7-15 business days.
